We supply and run the technical side of events across Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County, and the people who set it up are the people who run it through the night and strike it afterwards. That is the difference between renting equipment and hiring production.
What we can put in a room
- Audio: from a single speaker and a microphone for a ceremony, up to systems sized for open-air crowds. Wireless handhelds, lavaliers and headsets for speeches.
- Lighting: uplighting, dance-floor washes, moving heads, and programmed looks that change across a run of show rather than sitting on one colour all night.
- LED walls and video: large-format screens for presentations, live camera feeds, sponsor content and full outdoor builds.
- Staging and truss: decking, ground-support structures and rigging, built to a drawing before anything is hung.
- Power: generators and distribution for sites with nothing to plug into.
- Photobooths: open-air and 360, printed on the night or sent to phones.
- Special effects: cold sparks, CO2 and haze, where the venue allows.
Dry hire versus staffed
Most of what we do is staffed: we deliver, set up, run it and strike. For some clients (venues with their own technicians, production companies covering an overflow date) a dry hire makes more sense. Tell us which you want at the enquiry stage, because it changes the quote and what we send.
Sites with nothing on them
Parks, fields, parking lots and streets are a different job from a ballroom. There is no power, no cover, no loading dock and no room to store cases. We have built on all of them, including a two-wall stage on an empty field at Peacock Park, and the planning that makes it work happens weeks before the load-in, not on the day.
What we will tell you honestly
If a room cannot carry the power for what you are asking, or the ceiling will not take the rig, or the timeline does not allow a safe build, we will say so before you book rather than after. That is worth more than a yes.
