What we do

Every discipline on one contract.

Most events need four vendors who have never met. We are the one company that specs it,
sources it, sets it up and runs the night — so there is one number to call and one
company answerable for the whole thing.

Anchor client · Coconut Grove BID

One client. Six public events. Three years running.

The Coconut Grove Business Improvement District has booked us for the Christmas Tree
Lighting three years in a row — 2024, 2025 and again this December — plus Small
Business Saturday, the Independence Day celebration and the FIFA World Cup watch party.
Public events, public scrutiny, and a client who keeps calling back.

The watch party is the one we point at. On a field in Peacock Park with nothing on it
that morning: two 20ft by 10ft outdoor LED walls, 144 panels in all, flown either side of
a 24ft by 12ft stage. Line-array audio six boxes deep per side. Around twenty lighting
fixtures on truss. Every watt running off generator power we brought in ourselves.

The stage went up against an engineered, city-permitted structural plan, with rigging
loads calculated and signed off before a single panel was hung. That is the difference
between a DJ with speakers and a production company a municipality can actually book.

Before anything gets hung

We draw it to scale before we build it.

Large builds start as a dimensioned 3D model — truss layout, LED positions, speaker
hangs, lighting plot, ballast points and where the generator sits. So the crew, the venue
and the city are all looking at the same drawing before a truck gets loaded.

Watch the build

Empty field in the morning. Two twenty-foot screens by kickoff.

Fifty-one seconds, start to finish — truss going up, 144 LED
panels going on, generators rolling in, and what it looked like once the park filled up.

Who we do it for

Four kinds of night, one standard.

The gear scales up or down. The crew, the setup time and the way we run the room do not.

Weddings

Ceremony audio that carries the vows, a reception that fills the floor, and a grand
entrance worth filming. Uplighting, dance floor and MC included as needed.

Quinces & Sweet 16s

Choreographed entrances, cold sparks and 360 booths — the moments that end up
on everyone’s phone. Timed and cued with the family, not improvised.

Corporate & Brand

LED walls, staging, presentation audio and lighting for galas, activations and
conferences. One vendor for the AV, so there is one person to call on the day.

Schools & Community

Pep rallies, proms, graduations and city events — the work we do most. In one
six-week stretch this summer we covered twenty Broward schools for the
YMCA, running up to three events a day with our own DJs.

Real events

Every photo here is a job we actually ran.

No stock photography, no borrowed portfolios. Public festivals, weddings,
quinces, schools and corporate — shot on site across South Florida.

Who you would be hiring

The people who quote it are the people who build it.

ATM Sounds and Events was founded in Miami by Arturo “Tury” Morejon Jr. and
Jovany “Gio” Hernandez, and grew out of DJ work into full production —
because clients kept needing the lighting, the screens and the staging too, and kept
getting handed three phone numbers instead of one.

Today that means one agreement covering all seven. Tell us what the night needs and it
gets there — specced, delivered, set up and run by us, whether that is a DJ and a dance
floor or a stage with two video walls on it. Twenty years in this market buys you the phone
book to match: if the event calls for it, we can get it. You deal with one company instead
of four, and the people who quoted the job are the ones standing behind it on the day.
We work with close to
ninety client relationships across South Florida — school districts, municipalities,
planners, venues and families — and a lot of them book us again the next year.

The company is four years old. The people running it are not — Tury and Gio have
each been working South Florida events for more than twenty years, which is why a room
full of gear and a tight run of show is routine here rather than a stretch.

How booking works

Four steps. No runaround.

STEP 01

Tell us the date

Date, venue, headcount, and what you are picturing. A call or a message both work.

STEP 02

Get a real quote

Priced to your room and your run of show — not a package sheet you have to decode.

STEP 03

Lock the date

A signed agreement and deposit hold it. The date goes on our calendar and comes off the market.

STEP 04

We run the night

Load-in, setup, sound check and the event itself — one crew, one contract, start to finish.

Before you call

The questions we get asked most.

Where do you travel?

Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County — including the Keys — as standard.
Further out is possible; ask when you check the date.

Do you only DJ, or do you do full production?

Both. The same company that sends one DJ to a bar night also builds festival stages.
Our Coconut Grove BID festival build carried audio, lighting, staging, power, video,
livestream and special effects on a single contract.

Do we have to hire separate vendors for lighting and screens?

No. You hire us and we provide all of it — audio, lighting, screens, staging,
effects, the lot. One agreement, one point of contact, one company answerable on the day,
whatever the room turns out to need — not three vendors blaming each other.

Can you supply power?

Yes. Park and outdoor builds often have no usable power on site, so generators and
distribution are part of what we quote and bring — the Peacock Park build ran
entirely off power we supplied.

Do you work with schools and municipalities?

Constantly — it is a large share of our calendar from October through June, and
several of those relationships have run for years. We are used to purchase orders,
W-9s and district paperwork.

How far ahead should we book?

Weddings and corporate dates are usually locked months out, and the October-to-June
school season fills early. If your date is close, still ask — we keep the calendar
current and will tell you straight away if it is gone.

Is your date still open?

Tell us when and where. We will confirm availability and send a real quote — usually the same day.
