A conference is judged on whether the person in the back row can hear the speaker and read the slide. Everything else — the staging, the lighting, the walk-in music — is in service of those two things.
Speech first
Presentation audio is tuned differently from party audio. It is set for intelligibility rather than impact, with the system aimed to cover seats rather than fill volume, and gain structured so a quiet presenter and a loud one both land. We provide handheld, lavalier and headset options and check every one before doors, because a presenter discovering their mic on stage is the most avoidable failure at any conference.
Slides, video and the switch
We take your decks in advance, run them from our machine, and switch between presenters so there is no laptop shuffle between sessions. Confidence monitors let speakers see their own slide without turning around. For larger rooms an LED wall reads better than projection in ambient light and does not wash out when the room lighting comes up.
