At a fundraiser the audio-visual is not decoration — it is the machinery the ask runs on. If the appeal video stutters, if the microphone cuts during the story that makes people give, or if the auctioneer cannot be heard at the back, that is money off the total. The appeal moment is the whole night
Every gala has one segment that does the work: the video, the honouree, the survivor speech, the paddle raise. We rehearse that segment specifically — playback tested from the actual file on the actual system, lighting state pre-built, a backup audio path ready, and the room quiet before it starts. It is the part of the night worth spending the sound check on.

Sponsors get seen properly
Sponsor recognition is usually promised in the deck and then delivered as a logo nobody reads. On an LED wall it can rotate through the night, sit behind the podium during the appeal, and print on every photobooth strip that leaves the room. That is a renewal argument for next year’s sponsor conversation.

We have produced for Zoo Miami, Pérez Art Museum Miami, Jungle Island, Miami-Dade County, FIU, the YMCA of South Florida and the Coconut Grove BID, who have booked us for six public events since 2024. We are used to procurement, certificates of insurance naming the organisation, and venue load-in rules.
